In this period of uncertainty and distress the things that are helping us right now are thriving in our creativity, taking action, taking time to meditate and surrounding ourselves with humour because ultimately, looking for the positives is the only way we are going to get through this -together.
We are joining together in meditating daily. Make a commitment with us and share this time with others around the world who are in self isolation or quarantine. I can honestly say Day 3 of quarantine from ibiza, this is helping a LOT!
We will be meditating at 4pm everyday - keep an eye on our socials for details on how to join!
Keep on Creating
We are a brand that thrives on creativity and collaboration. Through our most recent Dreamer project where we collaborated with Fara on a beautiful slow process of creation through mirroring and calligraphy, to coming to see them on our Ibiza Dreamers - an inspiring group of creatives making their mark through food, art, fashion, space and retreats. We will be looking out for and sharing ways to be creative at home!
This physical space and distance from others is a great time to focus on ourselves, our intentions and our own journeys. Keeping this connection to personal change is a fundamental aspect of our brand, we had planned a series of events surrounding metamorphosis to take place here at our store, these are now going to take place online as we feel we need social / virtual gatherings like this now more than ever!
Look after your body during these times - stay healthy and stick to regular meal times. Do yoga online. Stay hydrated. Nourish yourself! Make smoothies, wholesome meals lots of fruit - Vitamin C is one of the best preventative actions you can take to keep yourself healthy!
Reach out to your community and find out ways you can physically help if fit and healthy, where you can donate money or supplies or volunteer for charities through remote-work - connect in new ways with those who surround you who you may not have connected with before.
Long distance relatives? When you're working from home or self-isolating, arrange Skypes and calls with loved ones where differences and work schedules didn't permit. Make the most of the time to make time!
And we have to be honest - humour is really keeping our spirits up.
