At Rachel Entwistle we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and stand by our products but we know that from time to time items may need some additional care. As a small independent business we cannot cover an unlimited repair service but offer a fair warranty for all items as stated below.

Silver and Gold Vermeil Items

We offer a 6 month warranty on all our silver and gold vermeil jewellery. Manufacturing defects like breakage or tarnishing are covered during this time free of charge. We repair where we can rather than replace to reduce waste in line with our sustainability values however in some instances we will replace items depending on the specific issue.* 

Solid Gold Items

We offer a 2 year warranty on all our solid gold jewellery. Manufacturing defects are covered during this time which will be repaired free of charge.* 

Outside of the warranty periods - We offer affordable repair services to help prolong the life of your item, the cost of these repairs are based on paying our goldsmiths fairly for their skills and labour. Cost of repairs are calculated on a case by case basis so please contact us for further information.

Sale Items

As sale items are discontinued designs whilst we are happy to see if repairs are possible we cannot guarantee we are able to carry out repairs. As they have been sold at a discounted price, if we are able to repair them they will incur a charge which we always try to keep to a minimum.

*All items returned for repair will be inspected by our workshop to assess the issue and determine if they are a manufacturing fault or mistreatment of goods.
